Founders Lee Schaak and Peggy Traub collaborated together to start Adesso back in August of 1994. Since then, Adesso has thrived for over thirty years by combining new & original design with cutting-edge technologies in lighting. Our mission has always been to create high-design products for the masses, leading to a successful and enduring company.
As an industry leader in innovation, Adesso is at the forefront of creating various styles of lighting and unique shade fabrics, alongside features like LED technology, rechargeable LED lighting, device charging lamps, and smart switches that allow users to adjust the color temperature in our portable lamps. Corporate offices are located in New York City, NY. Warehouses are located on both coasts - Atlanta, Georgia, and Los Angeles, California.
In response to the evolving market dynamics, two years ago we made the strategic decision to relocate our factories out of China to avoid tariffs and ensure a more streamlined supply chain. This move has allowed us to maintain our commitment to quality and affordability while adapting to market challenges. Our factories are now located in Cambodia and Vietnam.

Visit our large and beautiful showroom in North Carolina. With over 6,000 sq.ft. of space displaying over 600 lighting solutions. Our showroom is open during High Point Market in April and October.
